Sterling silver and watermelon tourmaline slice ring

A watermelon tourmaline slice is bonded to the setting. This is one of the modern rings produced under the name Jeunesse or by the firm named Gunthner et Cie Gunthner & Cie, in Pforzheim, Germany from 1971 to 1979. I worked there in 1973, carving wax models and finishing silver castings like this one.
